چکیده

We classify indecomposable commutative separable (special Frobenius) algebras and their local modules in (untwisted) group-theoretical modular categories. This gives a description of modular invariants for grouptheoretical modular data. As a bi-product we provide an answer to the question when (and in how many ways) two group-theoretical modular categories are equivalent as ribbon categories.

A new class of A (1) n integrable lattice models is presented. These are interaction-round-a-face models based on fundamental nimrep graphs associated with the A (1) n conjugate modular invariants, there being a model for each value of the rank and level. The Boltzmann weights are parameterized by elliptic theta functions and satisfy the Yang-Baxter equation for any fixed value of the elliptic ...

Solving the Topological String on K3 Fibrations

We present solutions of the holomorphic anomaly equations for compact two-parameter Calabi-Yau manifolds which are hypersurfaces in weighted projective space. In particular we focus on K3-fibrations where due to heterotic type II duality the topological invariants in the fibre direction are encoded in certain modular forms. The formalism employed provides holomorphic expansions of topological s...

The main goal of this paper is to give a modular type representation for the infinite product (1−x)(1−xq)(1−xq)(1−xq) · · · . It is shown that this representation essentially contains the well-known modular formulae either for Dedekind’s eta function, Jacobi theta function or for certain Lambert series. Thus a new and unified approach is outlined for the study of elliptic and modular functions ...

We compare the classical approach of constructing finite Postnikov systems by k-invariants and the global approach of Dwyer, Kan, and Smith. We concentrate on the case of 3-stage Postnikov pieces and provide examples where a classification is feasible. In general though the computational difficulty of the global approach is equivalent to that of the classical one.
